"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" Game Gets PC Release Date Announced

Today, Bandai  Namco  Entertainment America, along with Bandai  Namco  Entertainment Europe, announced that they will be releasing the Sword  Art  Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition digital game for PC on October 27. Not only will this delux edition have the main game, but it will also include all three chapters of the "Abyss of the Shrine Maiden" DLC, along with "Lord of the Inferno" DLC for $49.99 USD.

The original author of the Sword Art Online novel series, Reki  Kawahara, collaborated on this game. Popular characters in the series, such as Kirito Asuna, Leafa, Silica, Lisbeth, and Sinon all appear in the game, and players may choose up to three to join in their party. There are new characters in the game as well. The new characters are a myserious AI named Premiere and Genesis. Genesis (like Kirito), are called the "black swordsman." Players may explore the world of Ainground in the Sword Art: Origin game.


The Sword Art Online game shipped for PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita in Japan, in October 2016. Later in November, it was released to North America and Europe. The "Warriors of the Sky" update launched in Japan in December and in the West in March.
